Made of Japanese cherry wood, it emanates a warm reddish-brown hue that matures over time and with exposure to light. With the passage of time, Japanese cherry wood develops a patina: a process that results in a unique blend of colours, including varying shades of red, brown and amber, adding to the wood’s inherent character and making your piece even more unique.

Japanese mountain cherry wood
You can wipe it with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth. Do not wash it with any cleansing agents and avoid using abrasive sponges, dishwashers or drying machines.
The wood is purposefully left untreated for it to remain taste-neutral. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause discolouration or warping.
Every object is meticulously packaged to ensure its safe delivery. In the rare event of any damage occurring during shipping, please contact us within a week of delivery. As our objects are crafted in small batches and often made to order by our artisans, we regretfully do not accept any returns.
